Reading 0.00ohms means the mod/chip isn’t picking up the coil/pod. That could mean a bunch of different stuff. First thing I’d do is try a new pod or two. Next thing I’d try is to clean the positive and negative connections on the mod. Qtips and alcohol is what most use.
