It is located in the engine bay, on the left fender wall outboard of the brake control module and aft of the battery. It seems more likely that an exposed ground would be the most likely place for a poor connection vs the splice pack in the protected interior of the car. From the diagram I found, this is Ground 102. I can barely touch it and the wire has no stiffness at the connector. It may be hanging together with just a strand.
