Using DynamicFPS 1.5.1 and visual patches for 1.1.2 from Chucks. Needs to limit speed at 200% to get 60 fps and that's very stable, I get 55-60 most of the time. 5800X3D RTX 4090 32GB 3200 CL14 FSR 100% SMAA Uncompressed. ambient occlusion is my guess. i tried to implement some into age of calamity but because of DRS it would never scale correctly.
BOTW runs 1080p/60fps on almost any PC with Cemu, stick with that until Yuzu has better emulation for it. On cemu works fairly well. I have a i7-10700 CPU, Nvidia RTX 2060 with 32GB RAM. That's about as powerful a pc that you're gonna need to run BOTW at a smooth, constant 30fps. Otherwise, use Cemu. yes, you can run the game at a locked 60 if you have the hardware to do so. but just because BotW can run well doesn't mean TotK will. there is a good chance that Nintendo's developers find ways to better utilize the Switch hardware. until the game is actually out, there is no point in testing anything. 3. BOTW floaty gameplay help on 60fps. This is my first time using yuzu. I set up everything and I installed the 60fps mod. The game seems to run stable 30fps without the mod. With the mod on it goes on average 34fps and doesn't look laggy but it is very "floaty" and delayed. It doesn't matter whether the settings are ultra low or high.

BOTW on CEMU is perfectly playable these days at 60fps or higher without any special settings or drawbacks (other than a few shrines needing motion sensor controls, but they are still doable with some trial and error) even on weaker hardware (granted that you won't crank up the resolution too high).

It will run flawlessly with Cemu on your specs. I had an older version from a few days ago called "60fps". Disabling the new one and using the old one, fixed this issue that was causing the game to significantly speed up along with your frame rate.

It's that simple. The only CPUs that can achieve that is within the last two gens of AMD/Intel where IPC, clocks and core counts are way up: 5800X/7700X, or 12700K/13700K.
