I cleaned the sensors, and made sure the carbon filter was correctly on. Yet, it’s still not working. Usually when an over torque fault occurs this is because the globe is taking more effort than usual to rotate. There can be a few causes for this, main one being the LR hasn't been cleaned in a while allowing enough litter to accumulate on the top of the base. This results in the globe having to rub against the litter causing excessive drag.Litter-Robot is equipped with the SafeCat system that uses the cat presence motion sensor to detect motion in the waste drawer. My symptoms were: flashing blue indicator light (as if box is as full when it was empty) and if by some miracle it did cycle it would stop after dumping the clumps down below.The filter works very well and in either instance couldn't detect odors at all.
