For nzoth dbm was better, for BoD bigwigs was better. For Locust Swarm specifically, the timer has been observed to be anywhere between 80 seconds to 104 seconds. DBM sets the timer to 80 seconds. BigWigs sets the timer to 85 seconds. Except for the very first one - on combat start, both DBM and BigWigs sets a 90 second timer, so you can't really say one of them is more accurate than the other.Should work with DBM or BigWigs.
