When engaged it stutters dramatically and sometimes stalls. Eventually it starts to run/mow great given enough time. I always let it warm up for at least 2-3 minutes before I engage the PTO.

I have replaced the belt, blades, and one spindle that was wobbling. The belt tension seems good, and the PTO works, but the blades don't stop when I disengage the PTO.To tighten the bolt or nut use a torque wrench and tighten it to proper torque specification.
