Well it might be just the way Malone lists it. Typically going "Stage I" with your car was doing software. Stage II was software with exhaust/intake work. Yanked out the adblue tank with heater, wiring, hose, injector etc. Replaced the egr with a race pipe and cleaned out the intake manifold.
