According to my hardware specs, I would totally assume, that my streaming PC should be powerful enough to stream with x264 / medium / 6000kbit/s. I have no such issues without the "facecam" overlay. While picture quality and colors is really perfect, video itself looses most of the frames. Like... it records fine for first 3-5 seconds and them drastically drops frames like fame per second or so.
