Very low frequency and very big size means you get the biggest possible patches, with plenty of space between them. Clicking the randomize button from there seems to work as intended. If I "restart" from the ESC menu, or go out to main menu, or restart the game entirely, the wave defense seed is always initially set to 2390375328 when going back in.The logistics is made a bit more difficult by the limited space in the starting area and the need to invest a huge chunk of your stone into landfill to build causeways.
