Shiki’s kit isn’t especially flashy, but it has everything she needs to be a great Arts-flavored boss-killer. ST damage is pretty much all she has to offer, but with Tamamo/Waver (or other Arts supports/semi supports), Shiki can do a lot of damage in a fairly short amount of time. tl;dr: Shiki can kill servants.

Billy’s hit-counts are also pretty low for a Quick servant, and he’ll have trouble making an appreciable number of stars. She’s by far the best Arts unit in the game. She’s also part of the best Buster farming team in the game and is an optimal support for a handful of other Buster Servants. She’s a workable support for Arts and Buster in general and enables some unique and situationally important things.
