May 8, 2012 · Don't trust anything else you hear. Anyway, yes the RTs are governed at 130. The RTs with the road and track package are governed at 145. You don't have to be scared, when the governor hits it basically shuts down the gas pedal input so you can't accelerate any more, but it doesn't shut off the engine all together!
