I hate my litter robot. I have gotten a full replacement after 18 months of mostly good experience with my robot. This new one has been sent to the “shop” where they found nothing wrong with it, it pinches every cycle, always says it’s full, rotates the wrong direction, over torque faults, dump position faults.
