I found Stinkin Crawfish while hunting for a lunch place while on assignment. It's a nice venue and there is plenty of parking. Staff was very professional and eager to serve. So, when talking about cajun or creole food there is a certain expectation. Stickin Crawfish does a good job but they need to elevate their game to claim the ethnic badge.

The most important thing when it comes to seafood boils is the sauce and theirs was quite watery if I were to compare it to Kickin Crab. All of the seafood was lukewarm at best.
