Fuse M38 protects the door lock relay coils on the pc board inside the TIPM. Fuse M38 protects the circuits that leave the TIPM to actuate the lock actuators. The door lock switches are MUX, and are not protected by a fuse. Take your pliers and slide the hose clamp back, and pull the hose off of the bottom of the reservoir. If you are fast, you can flip the reservoir to minimize coolant loss. 3) Remove the ccv breather hose going from the head to the intake plenum. Also remove your pcv valve.

Last week my 2002 WJ 4.0 4x4, 140,000 miles, started having low oil pressure at idle. I was at a stop light and the "check gauges" light came on. I pulled over and checked my oil level and it was good. The oil pressure would rise with rpms but would go back to almost zero at idle.

4.0 Idler Pulley. Howdy, to start I promise I've searched on the forum and google and haven't found an answer to my specific issue so here it goes. It doesn't really seem to have any common issues, maybe bad solenoids. Mine has 231,000, seems fine. Use the correct fluid, keep them cool, use O/D off when towing anything. Enjoy. I have only lukewarm heat from the vents. The engine temp used to run at a hair below 210. It has always ran at this temp since I got it with 40,000 miles on it.

You have to enlarge the wiper arm post holes and use YJ wiper arm/blades and the YJ wiper arm linkage. The CJ motor is still used.

A picture may help because I've only ever seen the pressure fitting. It's kinda a pain to get on and off, but a 21mm wrench (shorter is better) will fit in there. Will try and get a better one today and change the pic out. Highly recommend the 1.25" body lift.
