It’s been ages since Tiamat originally debuted as an enemy in FGO’s story, so it’s a little wild to finally have her as a playable Servant. She doesn’t disappoint, either—Tiamat’s one of the best Buster units in the game, falling into the rare category of AoE ... Jinako is a super interesting servant. While her damage-dealing NP might indicate otherwise, she’s essentially a full support, packing a solid mix of offensive and defensive utility that leaves her perfectly viable as an alternative support servant. While her overall kit is a notch below the top-level Casters, she’s different enough and ...She has a harder time with sustained fights, but her NP buff does help. He’s a good buff away from being a great Quick Archer—an Interlude with a solid niche, for instance, would make him instantly much more valuable—but as-is there’s just no reason to go for him. Bunyan is a Spartacus who lost his battery in favor of a super short NP and the ability to boost party damage. Having a new general-purpose farmer is nice, and Bunyan can definitely speed up certain farming setups if you invest in her. Solid addition to the game. Mechanically he’s kind of like a hybrid of Leonidas and Inshun, but as an SSR Ruler.You don’t need Merlin in order to do well at the game or to complete CQs, and it won’t be hard to find a Merlin on your support list, but his reputation isn’t overblown—he really is just that strong. She has a few gimmicky bits here and there, but ultimately she’s just a powerful and reliable ST Quick Servant. Kagekiyo has relatively low damage steroids, but she makes up for it with strong crit buffs and (more importantly) extremely high consistency.While low attack on an offensive servant is disappointing, the stat spread fits perfectly with Cleo’s sustain-oriented kit, so it’s somewhat forgivable. Cleo’s NP gain is absurdly good. Her Arts card is fairly typical for her deck, at 2.12%, but her Quicks are excellent at 4.24% and her Extra is a ridiculous 6.36%. The original Archer, Emiya is one of the two 4* servants most people have been looking for in rerolls. His skills are the main reason he’s good, though two of those skills are not all that great until they get buffs down the road. This review is going to be primarily analyzing Emiya in the long-run—he’s not as good yet, so keep that in mind.

In a better kit it could be very good. A 3-turn 30% buff on a 5-turn CD is standard, and this one scales up to 70% at max on turn 3. It is, in a sense, a 50% 3-turn buff on average, which should be strong. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work well with Nobu’s kit.Introduction. After first appearing in Shimousa in the fall of 2017, Senji Muramasa finally makes his playable debut on the 2021 New Year’s banner, more than three years later. Unfortunately, she has cooldown issues on her most important skill, and her kit is just “fine” outside of her battery access. Quick teams still lack the stability of Arts teams and the damage of Buster teams, but Skadi does give Quick teams access to a little of both.
