Verizon phone not receiving calls.
I tried the following: 1- reset network settings. 2- Erase then recover my phone. 3- Called porting team - it was complete. 4- Placed a ticket with the network team (pending now) I can do everything minus receive calls. It turned out to be that somehow utilizing their ability to block a number blocked MY phone from the services completely instead of blocking just the number I had blocked. But here is what I do, go into settings>phone>silence unknown calls. Turn that on for 20 seconds and at the same time turn on do not disturb and airplane mode. Then turn off airplane mode, do not disturb, and silence unknown calls. That typically works for 24 hours. Literally no clue why from either Verizon or Apple.
