Company is working extensively to listen to the voice of the clinicians/non-clinical staff to make positive changes. Cons. Staff are given strict metrics they must adhere to and every single second of your work day must be accounted for and is tracked via programs installed on PC's (yes, even 2 minute bathroom breaks).

Horrible customer service, apathy, instability. 30 minute hold times, then you get disconnected and agent doesn't even have the decensy to call you back. Doctors disappear overnight and they leave patients scrambling to find a new Dr. while their prescriptions run out. Awful people who don't care.
