The Nova Belt is only about as good as Solid Gollux belt clean and Reinforced+Set Effect will beat it even if you star the Nova. You will probably want to replace the Hieizan belt with Superior instead at Endgame. A clean Superior Gollux belt has more attack than a fully-starred Nova Belt.
