Fractures have a base healing time irrespective of traits and its no where near 1 month ingame, more like 2 weeks. You can speed it up with well fed and medical herbs. Torso and head fractures don't really give big debuffs, likely because there is no great treatment for them haha.

I was unfortunate enough to get a laceration on my right hand on the 3rd day, which pretty much makes me unable to fight. On top of this, all i have to eat is ground beef and a can of tuna.
