You don't need sigpatches to run fusee-secondary, fusee-secondary is the second part of fusee-primary and gets loaded when you choose fusee-primary it's just to skip the Hekate launcher so you can boot into Atmosphere directly.If you are having a problem with running games then make sure you have up-to-date sigpatches.
